We prefer and accept major credit cards VISA, Master and American Express. We also accept money orders, cashier checks and other credited prepaid checks or payments. For all accepted payments, please make it payable to Uni Image Co.. We also need our customer's company name, reseller's or tax ID, detailed physical address and contact information includes responsible person, manager or buyer's name, phone, fax or email, billing and delivery information, or other special specification and arrangement in our records ahead to process orders with our timely prompt service per your earliest demand. (no P.O. Box address please)

We will confirm your orders by fax, email, mail or phone message with total invoice amount and basic lowest ground freight fees without any service or handling charge, unless arising very unusual and special cases. We also work with our customer's drop-ship services. Normally, in 5 working days after received your payments, subject to inventory, we will send your orders by UPS or Federal Ground (generally 5 working days delivery) unless otherwise agreed faster or priority shippment.

We do take custom oil painting orders thru detailed arrangement per your provided photo images with some minimum quantity and deposit payment. Usually, the lead time to delivery will be 60 days. However,we are not responsible to any legislative legal patent right or ownership causes to your custom orders and we will be held free of any charge to any legal claim. Your custom orders will be solely of your own responsiblities to any legal court claim for it. We will only produce the exact quantity per your order unless otherwise agreed between us. However, we will be harmless and free of responsiblity for any similar product produced by any party without our or your formal authorization. We are also not liable and free of any legal claim arised to the reproducion of similar custom made product by any other source through your order or authorization. As to other special and custom product orders, the same

policy is generally adopted.

Our return and warranty policy with defect, exchange, credit, shipping, etc. issues are normally the same as wholesale business industry standard coverage. Please contact us by phone, email, fax, or mail for any
